Hi there, I’m Emma! With over 20 years in the fitness world, I’ve had the privilege of helping women transform their bodies—and lives—without spending endless hours in the gym or stressing over every meal.

 
My mission here is simple: help you lose 20 pounds (or more) and feel amazing doing it. No gimmicks, no extreme diets—just practical, sustainable habits that fit into your busy life. We’re ditching diet culture and creating a plan that works for you, so you can don’t have to diet ever again!

 
I’ve worked with clients in a variety of settings, from group fitness to behind-the-scenes management, and I still teach group fitness at several clubs around Houston to this day. So when it comes to understanding what really works (and what doesn’t), I’ve seen it all!


But here's the thing: I don’t sugar coat things. I’ll give you a nudge when you need it, a dose of reality when it's time to be honest with yourself, but I always coach with compassion.

 

I believe that clients drive the bus, and I’m here to help you with the map. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with confidence.


When I’m not coaching clients, you can find me paddle boarding on the water, poolside with a good book, cooking up a storm (and definitely eating what I make!), concerts or traveling to and exploring new places here in Houston or beyond. I’m also pretty much always in training mode, with a passion for SpaGirl Triathlon’s and next up is my first half marathon in January I just wrapped up my first (and only!) MS150 because hey, I believe in pushing myself too!


I’ve been married to my amazing husband for 15 years, and together we’re raising two wonderful girls, a dog, and two cats who keep us on our toes. My success depends on your success here, and I can’t wait to meet you!
